Following a renovation to the front of our house in 2020, we had no hesitation in booking lnhouse developments again for the second half of our project; to completely renovate the Kitchen/Dining area and playroom. Pete did an amazing job again, fitting a new kitchen and island unit, and fitting a new utility area, and laying the wood floor throughout. The finish to all of the units, plastering, tiling, lighting and decorating was faultless … it’s the attention to detail, seeing things that we would never have noticed, that makes the work from lnhouse Developments second to none. Trusting Pete and his team completely, we were able to go away on holiday whilst the majority of the rip-out was taking place, and every night the team tidy up making it safe and usable for the family-this was really important with a toddler. The team worked safely, which is reassuring with a young family and did everything they could to keep the job moving on the right direction. Thank you to all of the team at Inhouse Developments.

The service from the InHouse Developments team was fantastic! Competitively priced, with a quality finish and great attention to detail, the end result was exactly what we asked for. With helpful advice along the way, the team managed to work around a lockdown with a family that was working from home full-time and homeschooling! It must have been a very different environment for the building team, however, the team at lnHouse developments were friendly and worked around us, they really took the pressure off what could have been a stressful build-in lockdown.
The lnHouse development team was clear with what was going to happen each day, friendly, reliable and always on time, this was so reassuring as it was a first renovation project for us. I had absolute trust in the team to work alone in the house, they even cleaned up every evening to make the space safe for the kids throughout the work.
I would recommend this company to anyone – who doesn’t want reliable and quality builders that turn up on time?! In fact, we have already booked the team to come back this summer for our kitchen, playroom, and utility renovation. Nice work Pete and the team.

A friendly, professional, effective team,. Everything was well managed from start to finish.
They arrived promptly, worked hard and delivered exactly what we wanted, we were grateful for the time given to respond helpfully to our quirky and minor amendments to the original plans.
The cleaning up at the end of each day was superb, It resulted in as little disruption as possible to our daily lives and kept dust and dirt in the rest of the house to a minimum.
